I’ve always been the type to ask questions until I fully understand the project. I seriously don’t understand people who are afraid to ask questions; as Weird Al sings, “Dare to be Stupid!” If there’s something I’m not clear on regarding the tone, the pronunciation of a term, who the learner persona is, what file type you would like, I will ask! That way, you get exactly what you’re looking for. You can also count on me for quick and detailed responses to your questions.

My natural voice - clear, articulate, pleasant, and resonant - speaks best to young professionals and children, but it’s not limited to just that. Outside of voiceover, I have taught in real life, so I understand engagement and making things clear. I taught French horn and general musicianship to middle and high schoolers, and I’ve taught English to foreign speakers from 5 to 60 years old. Besides formal teaching, I’ve served as a trainer in workplace settings many times.

 

Passionate About Education

Education is my number one value; I believe so many of the world’s problems (like crime, racism, bigotry, etc) will be solved through proper education. eLearning is education, and therefore useful and necessary. Besides English and music and education in general, these are other matters for which I would especially love to provide voiceover:

• Art, biology, physics, chemistry

• Any kind of history, like of a people, country, food, organization, or building

• Justice for all through compliance policies, DEI policies, tolerance policies

• Water conservation and environmentalism in general, recycling, electricity conservation
