Commercial Voiceover

Examples of Past Work

Why Choose Jordan For Your
Commercial Voiceover?

Clear Communication

I’ve always been the type to ask questions until I fully understand the project. I seriously don’t understand people who are afraid to ask questions; as Weird Al sings, “Dare to be Stupid!” If there’s something I’m not clear on regarding the tone, where the commercial will air, what file type you would like, this young adult will ask! That way, you get exactly what you’re looking for. You can also count on me for quick and detailed responses to your questions.

A Voice With A Multitude Of Applications

My commercial voiceover work has ranged from Montana tourism to caramel enthusiast to a Mexican Ikea opening. When you need a lower-voiced millennial female, and you’re tired of looking for different people to fit each brand, that’s when you come to me, someone who can voice multiple genres. Here’s a few examples of where I can help:

  • Cosmetics

  • Jewelry, luxury items

  • Animal care

  • Technology, wearables, computers

  • Food apps, restaurants, grocery stores

  • Travel, airlines, tourism spots, vacation getaways, hotels

  • Finance, banks, credit unions, money apps

  • Automotive, dealerships, car sales and deals

  • Anything that needs a “smart millennial vibe”

A Voice Of Variety

My natural speaking voice is low, articulate, semi-monotone, and nasal, a good match for Aubrey Plaza or a young female Ben Stein (at least the teacher from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off). This doesn’t mean I’m boring though! Sometimes you need that dry, matter-of-fact tone for a snarky commercial voiceover. Besides what comes naturally, I’m capable of so much more:

  • Clear, articulate, professional

  • Sassy, sarcastic

  • Warm, caring, kind

  • Conversational, real, relatable

  • Calming, soothing

  • Inspirational, anthemic, dynamic

  • Fun, witty, energetic, comedic

  • Sexy, coy, sensual, breathy

  • Authoritative, attitude, swagger, proud

Appreciation And Respect (AKA, the Product is the Star)

I understand that a commercial voiceover script goes through many revisions before it reaches the actor. I am here to elevate your product and/or brand, give it the pizzazz it deserves. If there’s room for improv, I have the background for it and love to play. But otherwise, your script is in safe hands with this millennial; your brand will shine.

Specifications As You Require

You want your commercial voiceover returned as mp3, wav, or something else entirely? You want it through Dropbox or WeTransfer? You got it! I am here to make your life easier, and you can rely on me to follow directions. I guess I’m using my music degree after all; you are the conductor now.

Why Should I Use Voiceover In My Commercial?

  • A commercial with voiceover appears more human and engages the listener through warmth, wit, sarcasm, any emotion really.

  • A commercial with voiceover tends to be more memorable. For example, besides the music, the quality of the voice is yet another thing listeners will hold on to. Many companies retain a certain voice for a while as audiences come to associate the voice with the product.

  • It’s easier to get your product’s message across and clearly tell your story with a certain voiceover than with images and music alone.
